These meatballs are made with 100% all white ground turkey, and because there is hardly any fat in the ground turkey, be sure to add the milk and the raisins.  This will aid in keeping the meatballs moist while cooking.  These meatballs and the sauce freeze well so make enough for two meals and freeze half for another meal.
