Surf and turf combines seafood and meat into one dish. We've put our surf and turf on to a skewer to make it a kabob. Kabobs originated in the Middle East and are now found worldwide and they are a favorite food for the outdoor grill. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before you thread on the food to prevent the skewers from burning. Also keep a close eye on the kabobs as they are grilling so they don't overcook and get dried out.
These kabobs taste great served with horseradish sauce and our Indian Tomato and Fruit Salad.
