This a bit of different take on lasagna. Instead of using the pasta flat, the noodles are filled and rolled. It’s important to use 100% ground turkey breast. Some ground turkey contains dark meat and skin which adds more fat. White wine is an ingredient in this recipes. Never use cooking wine because it is mostly vinegar and very salty. Use only wine that you would drink in cooking.
