The most difficult  part of this recipe is deciding the portion size chicken satay everyone will want as a meal or appetizer. Coconut milk is purchased from most ethnic sections of the grocery store.  Be sure to read the label for light canned coconut milk.   Before using the wooden skewers don’t forget to soak them in water.  This keeps the skewer from burning while on the grill. Serve this with our Peanut Sauce.
