I took this traditional recipe and made it my own. It all started when my first born son, Noah, who would eat just about anything would not eat this traditional recipe made famous by the one and only Julia Childs. This one pot cooking method is perfect for any occasion but know this dish is better the longer and slower is it cooks, especially in a Dutch oven. Burgundy wine is a red wine made in the Burgundy region in eastern France, and is the most famous wines produced from pinot noir grapes. DO NOT use cooking wine. I have a rule. If you can send your 11 year old child in the store to buy it, is it really wine? Chef Dave
