This is an easy dish with easy clean up. Fresh ginger is needed to a make this dish taste amazing. Fresh ginger is a root and can be found in the produce department. Using a potato peeler or paring knife, remove the outer protective skin, and then using a cheese grater, grate ginger root over a dish until you have enough for the recipe. Store unused fresh ginger unwrapped in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator.
